Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined California territory. The role relies on cold-calling, prospecting, and on-site visits with a fully stocked mobile store.

Ideal candidates have prior route or industrial sales experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage customer data and reports while traveling within the territory. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and cold/warm calls near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage the mobile store's cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality; submit daily reports.
• Maintain accurate customer data and notes in the company system.
