Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory using a mobile, fully stocked store.

You will prospect, present solutions, and manage all operations of the mobile store, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting. Successful candidates maintain a clean driving record and can purchase or lease a mobile-store vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls.
• Present Solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: keep the mobile store clean and submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: maintain accurate customer data in company software.
