Job summary

RRC Solutions Group, a mobile industrial hardware provider, seeks a Territory Manager to serve customers in a defined California territory. You will drive sales, present solutions from a mobile store, and manage daily operations in the field.

You must reside in the assigned territory and own or lease a mobile store vehicle, with a clean driving record and the ability to perform physical duties as needed. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and call on businesses near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean and functional; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information and notes in company software.
