Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware via a mobile store to customers across a defined Tennessee territory. This field role requires prospecting, setting up demonstrations, and maintaining your mobile storefront.

You will manage customer data, prepare daily reports, and build relationships with diverse industries while upholding safety and vehicle requirements. A high school diploma and valid driving history are required.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Job Stability: Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
Skills: Analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.
Attributes: Work independently and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products via samples and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales/orders.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
