Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth by delivering mobile hardware solutions directly to customers across a defined Tennessee territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform in-person calls, and build long-term relationships with industrial clients in sectors such as transportation, aerospace, manufacturing, and government.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenure stability: max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
