Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by providing industrial hardware through a mobile store model across a defined territory. The role requires traveling within the territory, presenting solutions, and maintaining an on-site mobile store with diligent reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, proven industrial sales experience, and a strong, tenure-focused background.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure—no frequent job hopping over the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new customers within the territory through cold and warm calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Maintain customer contact information in company software.
