Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a Territory Manager to operate a mobile store, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory. This role requires residency in the territory and the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.

A clean driving history and physical ability to kneel and bend are essential. Key responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions via the mobile store, and maintaining store operations and data integrity.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell by researching, referring, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
Maintain and operate your mobile store; submit daily sales reports.
Keep customer data current in company software.
