Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, and present solutions in face-to-face visits.

Candidates should be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, reside in the territory, and maintain a clean driving history. Strong independence and goal attainment are essential.

Qualificações

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Job Stability: Tenured candidate, max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Skills: Analytical, reasoning and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and business apps.
• Attributes: Independent worker with a track record of hitting targets.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects, make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
