Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and direct customer engagement to sell industrial hardware.

You must reside in the assigned territory with no relocation; you will need to secure an approved mobile store vehicle and maintain a clean driving history. The job requires physical ability to kneel and bend regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales and prospect calls.
• Keep customer contact information up to date in company software.
