Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined Texas territory. You will lead prospecting, sales calls, and on-site product presentations using a mobile store, while ensuring the store stays clean, operational, and up-to-date with customer data in our software.

The role requires owning a vehicle and maintaining a clean driving record, with relocation not available. Strong self-management and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory (relocation not available).
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean driving history.
• Must have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and local calls; make face-to-face visits with prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the mobile store’s cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer information in company software.
