Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to grow a mobile hardware sales network across Texas. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, present solutions, and manage on‑the‑road operations.

The role requires residing in the territory, ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, a clean driving record, and the capacity to kneel and bend as you service customers in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background with minimal job hopping (ideally ≤3 employers in 10 years).
• Analytical, reasoning and organizational skills expected; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales leads and making face‑to‑face calls with prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations of the mobile store including cleanliness, marketing, and daily reports of sales orders.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company systems.
