Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to bring mobile hardware and related services directly to customers within a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes in-person sales, prospecting, and active management of a mobile store fleet.

You will present products via demonstrations, maintain store operations, and ensure accurate customer records. This position requires residency in the territory and a valid vehicle lease/purchase, along with a clean driving record and physical ability

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Tenured background; ideally max 3 companies in 10 years.
Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not available.
Able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
Clean driving history.
Physical ability to kneel and bend to floor regularly.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects, conduct face-to-face calls with cold and warm prospects in the territory.
Present solutions: Use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store to showcase products and services.
Manage operations: Keep mobile store clean, functional, and well-marketed; submit daily sales reports.
Data integrity: Maintain customer contact information and notes in company software.
