MDS Staffing is seeking a Territory Manager to drive industrial hardware sales by operating a mobile store within a defined territory. You will conduct cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits to customers in various sectors, presenting products and solutions from your mobile store.

You will manage daily operations, maintain accurate sales reports, and ensure data integrity in the CRM system. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and a proven sales track record, with the

Competenze

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; outside industrial sales experience in route or industrial sales is preferred.
• Job Stability: Must have a strong tenured background; ideal candidate has a max of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, operational, and properly marketed; submit complete daily reports detailing sales and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software, including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses.
