Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Territory Manager to drive field sales by delivering fully stocked mobile stores to customers across a defined Alabama territory. You will build relationships, present solutions, and close new business through direct prospecting and on-site visits.

You must reside in the territory, be able to operate a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information and notes in company software.
