Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geography. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face engagements using a fully stocked mobile store.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong tenure history, and proven independence with goal attainment. Relocation is not offered, and candidates must reside in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Job Stability: Strong tenured background; ideally max 3 companies over the past 10 years.
Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell by researching, referring, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm leads.
Present solutions using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage operations: keep your mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders and prospect calls.
Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
