Job summary

Top Dog Recruiting in Detroit is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile industrial hardware store directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales to diverse sectors including transportation, aviation, manufacturing, and government.

You will own the route, operate a mobile storefront, and must meet vehicle requirements, residency, and driving history criteria.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must have strong stability with no more than 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation not offered.
• Physical ability to kneel and bend regularly to access mobile store.
• Clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell within the territory through cold and warm calls.
• Present products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store’s cleanliness and operations; submit daily reports.
• Maintain accurate customer data in company software.
