Job summary

Calqulate is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, selling industrial hardware across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes direct customer engagement, mobility, and on-site product demonstrations.

You will manage store operations, maintain customer data, and consistently meet sales goals. Residency in the territory is required, with no relocation offered, and you must be able to secure a mobile store vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background, no job hopping; ideally max 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness and operation of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
