Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business within a defined geographic area. You will operate a mobile store, prospect customers, present solutions, and manage daily reports to ensure sales growth.

Candidates must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, have a clean driving history, and be capable of physical movement on the job. A strong tenure history is preferred, with no more than three employers in ten years.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenure: no more than 3 companies in 10 years.
• Must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
