Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined California territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, perform face-to-face calls, and grow our customer base with a proactive, organized approach.

The role requires residency in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial or route sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new customers within defined territory.
• Present products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Maintain and operate a mobile store and submit accurate daily reports.
• Update customer information in company software.
