Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware via a mobile store in a defined California territory. You will prospect, close deals, and maintain the mobile storefront and data records.

The role emphasizes independence, strong organization, and a history of meeting or exceeding targets. A clean driving record and ability to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; industrial sales experience preferred.
• Stable career history; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Ability to operate a mobile store and travel within territory; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
