Job summary

Talent With Heart, a family-owned provider of mobile industrial hardware, seeks a Territory Manager in California to drive sales through a fully stocked mobile store. You will prospect, sell, and present solutions to customers across multiple sectors while managing store operations and data integrity.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a track record of independent work and goal attainment; industrial sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
