Talent With Heart seeks a Territory Manager to deliver portable stores and parts directly to customers across a defined California territory. You will cold-call, build relationships, and close opportunities while representing the company in a professional, safety-conscious manner.

The ideal candidate resides in the territory, can purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintains a clean driving record, and demonstrates independence, reliability, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenured background; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business apps.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calls near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards and demos.
• Maintain the mobile store's cleanliness, operation, and marketing.
• Submit accurate daily reports detailing sales and calls.
