Job summary

Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile industrial hardware store directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will cold-call, qualify prospects, and close sales by demonstrating products using your fully stocked mobile store.

You must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. The role requires independence, strong organization, and a proven record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background with a max of 3 companies in 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
