Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Mobile HVAC Service Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility HVAC systems at a Jackson, MS site. You will handle electrical and plumbing components, assist with building automation and life-safety systems, and perform regular inspections to ensure client operations run smoothly.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a universal EPA/CFC license, and at least four years of relevant technical experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; technical training or degree.
• Minimum four years of building engineering experience with packaged HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of building design and systems; familiarity with automation and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC equipment and building automation components as needed.
• Conduct inspections and report conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Support on-call rotation as required.
