Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- EPA/CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
- Knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design and applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair on commercial HVAC systems across multiple sites.
- Maintain electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems; troubleshoot and repair with CMMS support.
- Execute work orders via CMMS with minimal supervision; conduct site inspections and due diligence.
- Plan, travel to client locations within the territory; maintain professional client relationships.
