Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile HVAC Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across multiple commercial properties in the Jackson, MS area. The role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems to uphold client service and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial HVAC, universal CFC certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs (or 5 years military experience with HVAC systems).
• Universal CFC certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Ensure energy efficiency and minimize downtime through preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Perform facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Demonstrate technical expertise across craft areas and stay multi-skilled for daily tasks.
