Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician in Ocean Springs, MS. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and repair across building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, within a defined territory.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (or 5 years military HVAC), Universal CFC certification, and a valid MS driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs (or 5 years military experience with HVAC systems).
• Universal CFC certification.
• Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on HVAC and related building systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities through system improvements.
• Plan work assignments independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel to multiple locations within assigned territory in company vehicle.
