Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days)
• Four years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment
• Study equipment and learn proper usage and requirements
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, report findings
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time
• Utilize CMMS Corrigo for all work performed
