Job summary

JLL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Jackson, MS. The role focuses on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility HVAC systems, with multi-skilled duties across electrical, piping, and building automation.

Required: High School diploma/GED, universal EPA license, and at least four years of technical building engineering experience. On-site with a 24x7 on-call rotation. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, parental leave and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Universal EPA/CFC license is required.
• Minimum four years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and related equipment and building systems.
• Familiarize with equipment and building automation systems and safety systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
