Qualifications

Requires 3–5 years in building maintenance or related field.
Experience with commercial building systems and building automation.
Must hold a valid engineer’s license and relevant certifications as per location.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
Travel between client sites and coordinate with property managers.
Ensure safety, compliance, and log work orders in CMMS.
Respond to emergencies and prioritize work orders.
