Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing and building interiors/exteriors.
• Study equipment and learn proper usage for daily activities and update work orders in real time.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and be available for call-in work.
