Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive and repair work on HVAC/R and related systems at facilities in Bentonville, AR. You will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot building equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and uptime across multiple sites.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in building engineering, HVAC/R expertise, and a universal CFC recovery certification. On-site work, on-call availability, and CMMS experience (Corrigo) are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair/maintenance.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair all HVAC/R systems and related electrical/plumbing.
• Inspect and document conditions; update work orders and CMMS records.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner and on-call as required.
