Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across systems. The role requires multi-skilled capability with focus on HVAC, electrical, and related trades to support assigned buildings.

The position involves preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and coordinating with contractors to ensure optimal client occupancy and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years college or related trade schooling.
• Four years' experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration field.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems (mechanical, electrical).
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Monitor outside contractors’ work quality and record readings as needed.
• Update work orders in real time and communicate with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Use Corrigo CMMS for all work performed.
