Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Indianapolis is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems across assigned facilities. You will perform preventive and repair work, document findings, and use CMMS like Corrigo to track status.

This role requires a strong multi-skill background in HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing, with a valid state driver’s license and willingness to be on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CMMS experience preferred (Corrigo).
• Four+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical focus.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration is a plus.
• Two years of trades school or apprenticeship is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work on facility systems and equipment.
• Operate, repair and maintain HVAC/R and electrical distribution systems.
• Inspect interiors/exteriors; manage roofing, lighting, fixtures.
• Document conditions and updates in CMMS; communicate findings.
• Maintain valid state driver’s license; respond to call-ins as needed.
