You will ensure energy efficiency, safe operation, and minimal downtime by proactive repairs and preventive maintenance, while keeping detailed records and working with CMMS tools such as Corrigo.

• Operate, maintain, repair HVAC/R and related equipment
• Inspect and repair building interiors and exteriors
• Maintain records and submit receipts; update work order status in CMMS
