Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician based on-site in Conway - Hot Springs, AR. The role focuses on hands-on repair and preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, electrical, and building automation components within assigned territories.

You must have 3+ years in HVAC service or 5 years of military HVAC experience, with Universal CFC certification and a valid driver's license. The position requires independence, safety compliance, and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military HVAC experience.
• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Universal CFC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client work orders and perform scheduled preventative maintenance within the Corrigo system.
• Maintain buildings and systems to satisfy JLL and client standards and guidelines.
