Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safe operation, and minimizing downtime through proactive repair planning.

The candidate will perform preventive and repair work orders, stay current with equipment, and document conditions affecting client occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Universal CFC recovery certification preferred or within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and equipment repair.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications; able to troubleshoot refrigerations systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Operate, maintain, repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution and plumbing.
• Inspect and familiarize with equipment; document conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Complete daily P-card receipts and update work order statuses in real time.
• Utilize CMMS (Corrigo) for all work performed.
