Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical distribution, and production equipment.
• Study equipment and methods to use them properly for daily activities.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Update work order status in real time and use CMMS for all work performed.
