Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems across assigned facilities in Tuscaloosa, AL. The role focuses on energy efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining records of past operating experiences.

The position requires strong HVAC/R knowledge, multi-disciplinary skills in electrical, piping, and equipment repair, and readiness for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Study equipment and methods required for daily activities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Submit receipts and update work order status in CMMS in real time.
