Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Mobile HVAC Service Technician in Orlando, FL, for on-site full-time work. You will maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires hands-on diagnostic skills, use of CMMS tools, and effective communication with clients. A valid driver’s license and at least four years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of technical experience in building systems and HVAC.
• Trade school/apprenticeship in electrical, HVAC or related craft preferred.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Operate, repair, and maintain building automation and safety systems.
• Inspect facilities, document findings, and notify management of issues.
• Utilize CMMS to log work orders and update status in real time.
• On-call availability and safe driving as part of duties.
