Job summary

The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety and reliability while minimizing downtime.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, document work in the CMMS, and support on-call needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of four years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R focus.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on HVAC/R, electrical and related systems.
• Maintain and repair all building systems and production equipment as assigned.
• Study equipment and methods; update work order status in real time; use CMMS.
• Provide on-call availability and support as required.
