Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site Maintenance Professional in Orlando, FL to perform preventive and repair tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma, 4+ years in building engineering, and preferred trades training. Applicants should be familiar with building automation, life safety systems, and CMMS usage. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience, with strong HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance background.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC, plumbing or related craft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on building systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and related systems.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Utilize CMMS systems to update work orders and escalate issues when needed.
