Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform annual preventive maintenance and hands-on repair across a Florida geographic area. You will service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, doors, gates and related systems on commercial properties.

The role requires independence, teamwork, and strong communication. The position travels to multiple sites, works in a truck-based environment, and involves active collaboration with property teams to ensure peak operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or equivalent military HVAC work.
• High school diploma or GED; universal CFC certification required.
• Proficient with basic computer use and handheld devices; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC, pumps, motors and building systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities through system/operational changes.
• Plan work with minimal supervision and assist other trades as needed.
• Collaborate with teams and coordinate with sites across a geographic area.
