Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer for Tampa, FL to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned facilities.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, manage CMMS like Corrigo, and ensure energy efficiency and safety. A strong background in building engineering and HVAC/R is required, with on-call availability and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and related systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing and related building components.
• Study equipment and methods to ensure proper operation and safe use.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting client occupancy.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in Corrigo in real time.
