Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Four years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, or related systems.
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days of employment.
Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
Inspect facilities and document conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
Utilize CMMS systems for all work performed.
Hold a valid state driver’s license and be available for on‑call shifts.
