Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems. The role covers Gainesville, Ocala and nearby Florida sites in a remote-based field schedule.

Requires 5+ years in commercial HVAC service, Universal CFC certification, and the ability to travel within the defined geographic area. U.S. work authorization is required with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or equivalent military experience.
• High school diploma or GED; Universal CFC certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and implement system changes to reduce energy use.
• Travel to multiple sites within Gainesville, Ocala and surrounding areas as part of a truck-based role.
