• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Monitor outside contractors and record readings for proper operation.
• Assist Facility Management with safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate due diligence and complete inspections as required.
