Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two years of related trade schooling preferred.
• Four+ years' experience in electrician or HVAC trades.
• Ability to perform all work using PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and general facilities.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and monitor work quality.
• Respond to safety incidents and support emergency procedures.
