Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an on-site Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician to service facilities in the Kirksville/Macon area, including Columbia, MO and St. Louis, MO.

The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and building automation in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years in building engineering trades, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Knowledge of building automation and fire/life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related systems.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Maintain safety standards and complete required trainings.
