Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility HVAC and related systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor equipment, and support facility operations while following safety procedures and using Corrigo CMMS. The role requires a valid driver's license and hands-on trade experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; two years of related trade schooling may substitute.
• Minimum four years’ experience in HVAC/refrigeration or electrician trades.
• Universal CFC recovery certification and relevant licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Record readings, monitor contractor work, and maintain safety standards.
• Use Corrigo CMMS to update work orders and communicate with customers and management.
• Assist Facility Management in emergencies and daily operations.
